Started in 2021 by a team of former CISOs, CEOs, CTOs, and Founders who have spent their entire career in the security industry, SYN Ventures manages $900m AUM across its funds. The SYN team has a proven track record of over 400 years of combined experience in security: investing from the earliest stages of company formation and enterprise traction through exit, founding and scaling startups from the first line of code through exit, and building Fortune 500 security programs from scratch. The SYN team leverages these experiences to partner with entrepreneurs building transformational and disruptive solutions that significantly reduce technology risk. We intend for our capitla to be the least value aspect of our partnership. We seek to serve our founders as extensions of their team, advising through the many twists and turns that come with company and category building.
