Dylan Posner is a Senior Associate on the investment team.  He joined SYN as an Associate in March 2022.  Prior to SYN Ventures, he was a Senior Analyst on AIG Asset Management’s Direct Alternatives Investments team and was responsible for conducting diligence into venture, growth and buyout co-investment opportunities. Dylan served on deal teams that invested $400mm+ off AIG’s balance sheet into a number of transactions.

Dylan is also a Co-Chair of the Manhattan Chapter of the Pediatric Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit charitable organization that raises funds for groundbreaking research to eradicate childhood cancer.  Dylan is proficient in Hebrew and holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
